Carmen Ferreyra

Carmen Ferreyra was born in Buenos Aires and started her career as an independent researcher and art fair organizer. Her lecture gives a sociological perspective on Latin American art scene, she also gives a detailed overview on Buenos Aires and the Tucuman Arde exhibition. It discusses the importance of presentation and what it means to be a curator today. Ferreyra also introduces an educational project she just started, called Curatorial Program for Research (CPR), which is designed specifically for curators to explore the art scene in other countries.
