Cultural Leadership forum ‘Shaping Cultural Futures’

Estonian Contemporary Art Development Center (ECADC) and the Association of Estonian Art Institutions (KAEL) organised the international cultural leadership forum Shaping Cultural Futures on November 4-5 2025. Designed for professionals working in the arts, culture, and creative policy, the forum brought together industry experts, researchers, and institutional leaders from ecross Europe. 

The forum explored how art and culture can meaningfully contribute to societal development, the visibility of the cultural sector, and the creation of sustainable and cohesive cultural environments.
